The item will be shipped in 2-3 days from the date of placing the order, subject to availability.

The ordered consignment is usually delivered at the destination within 2-5 days of shipment for domestic orders.

All items are dispatched by reputed courier/transport companies. These packages can be tracked using Tracking ID provided by us on respective logistic partner website.

In case of a difference in the buyer and the consignee address, the same should be stated at the time of placing the order. Changes in the same at a later stage are not possible.

We usually take orders only for in-stock items. But if the item is out of stock, the same shall be informed to the customer once the order has been placed. The products under offer are mostly handmade creations and sometimes due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (that are beyond control), it may not be possible to fulfill the placed order. The customer, if desires, can cancel his order and payment if already made will be refunded. The customer cannot legally hold us responsible in any manner for such an order cancellation. In any circumstances, the refund value shall not exceed the payment made against the placed order.
